Sunset

The lady in red

Working on it… It’s just the outline of what I’m working with… I’ve already completed the hair and she looks great ;) I’ll post it when I’m complete…

Poster girl

2B & 4B on art paper. Used 6B & a little bit of charcoal for filling up the background.
Just experimentin’… :)

Marie Antoinette

[Give it a title guys!]

Used only 2B [The all rounder] on art paper.

Eye

Used almost ALL my pencils...
I was just testing... how much reality i can bring to this pic...

The fall

Careless walking...

Haven’t completed this drawing yet… but will soon. Will ya gimme a suggestion about what might be in the background of this pic?As this picture’s showing a college girl, the background should be “COLLEGE CAMPUS” or something like that. But the problem is… I’m unable 2 visualize…
HELP! :(

Reversible figure

This drawing is a kind of an illusive artwork (Found this picture in an encyclopedia). Now, do you see a young lady with her face turned away, or an old woman with a wart on her nose? Well, as the title goes, this drawing is an example of a reversible figure—a figure that can be perceived in two different ways.
(Note: In this picture, the old lady is without her lips!!! If you imagine a black lace around the neck of the girl… that would be the lips of that old lady! The old lady looked so ugly that my friends told me to erase that lace so that she can’t be seen!!)

Lost in thought...

A simple drawing… but still hard enough to make you a bit impatient. As the whole drawing is made up of pencil strokes, it was bit of a drag to maintain the depth of each and every stroke… Just one mistake and you’re gonna have to start it all over again... You can’t erase just ONE stroke, can ya??

Sleeping beauty

I used 2B and 4B for this one… well, I’ve also used my one and only 8B!

I don’t know why, but I always wanted to do a portrait of a sleeping girl/child.
[Maybe because I like to sleep…!?!?]
I think portrait of a sleeping subject looks more natural and artistic… maybe it doesn’t show the emotions but you can’t ignore the innocence…!

The last mermaid

It took me a couple of days to complete this one… I can hardly find out any time to sketch! As I didn’t get much time, the whole drawing was completed in a hurry. It didn’t come out as I expected… but not bad as well! :)

Warriors of the dark

2B & 4B on art paper. And a little touch of 6B for the background. Then… a spray of fixative… that’s it!This drawing was probably the most challenging one for me. It took me almost 3 hours to complete this one and I was kinda loosing my patience…
